To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were use to measure interpersonal confabulation skills and organizational commitment respectively. The used tool was questionnaire. The statistical corporation included public organizations in Qom city among which two organizations were selected randomly. have was also conducted randomly in twain organizations. Finally, 106 individuals responded to questionnaire items. The findings of the research make that among existing skills in the model, that aggroup building skill has a significant relation with organizational commitment.
